"Nice facility with good staff, but the AC doesn’t work and when the front desk was told they already knew it was a problem with that room! (Why use that room?). The room was also pretty loud due to machinery on the roof outside the windows. Too bad, because otherwise it was a good place."

"The property seems brand new and they thought of everything including premier coffee. There were three of us and we each had very comfortable beds. The renovation of the loft was done to perfection. Great location for anyone visiting the Kansas City area and doesn't want to stay in town."
