"Third time we've stayed here, the resort is exceptionally clean everywhere. Staff always helpful and friendly. Had an issue with the drainage and the shower flooding the bathroom, one phone call had maintenance, fresh towels and housekeeping in within 10 minutes to sort. On site restaurant and bar not as good as previous stays as it has become well used by ex pats and local residents which unfortunately means service not up to par if you can actually get a table on event nights. "My husband and I wanted four nights away in the sunshine and warmth to sit and look at the sea and feel indulged and that is exactly what the hotel La Isla y El Mar gave us. Wonderful friendly and happy staff from reception to the restaurant to the bar. We even got a new cocktail on the house from David in the Kentia bar!
