"The room was very spacious and cosy, the air conditioning was great too, very much needed. The balcony was a great size too and attracted a lot of sunshine in the afternoons with a nice view. The bed was quite uncomfortable as it was a sofa bed and an extra pillow per person would be needed as only one pillow each was given and the mattress was quite hard but slept well overall. The photo makes the villas seem bright and sunny, but our apartment, built on a steep hillside and accessed from above by elevator, was cold and got no direct sun or view at all. Minus points were poor communication from reception, a kettle but no coffee and tea facilities and there was an iron but no ironing board. We requested on but it never arrived. "Hi I checked in to this hotel but I did not lift the window shutter till later on in the day . I was shocked to see that I was living on a garage forecourt ! So I could not use the balcony or have the curtains open as people that were filling their cars with petrol could see ands practically walk into my room as it was on the ground floor it was Awful ! No staff at reception so u went for dinner and when I returned there was still no staff . I was tired so went to bed and left after breakfast...

We reported that the blackout of our curtain was tear down and let the sun in in the morning but they never came to repair it.
