"This is a decent hotel, large room with big fridge and safe. Air con was not properly working, but this wasn't a major issue, as you could simply open the balcony door. There was a charge for safe key (€18 for a week). Breakfast was great with plenty of choices, dinner was not that great, very repetitive and not mainly vegetarian options. "We had a fabulous time at JS Palma Stay! On arrival, we were told that there was food available despite it being very late, and that we had a suite, which was lovely. The food was better than ever, I think, and always plentiful. The staff are exceptional and nothing is too much trouble for them. They are so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back!"

"Stayed here twice, for 4-5nights and both experiences have been excellent. Airport is literally 10mins away, and from the location to the food to the beach view from the pool, you can not fault this hotel. The area is nice and away from the busier El Arenal but only a 15-20min train ride away if you want that atmosphere Very happy and will be defiantly staying here again. "

"This is the perfect location, with lovely suites and balconies overlooking the ocean. There is a small fridge and kettle and a safe. It has a small grocery store at the side of the building, a washer and dryer for client use, a luggage storage room, a pool and lounge area and several bars. It is steps to the beach and to the boardwalk with an endless line of outdoor cafes, restaurants and bars. There is lots of street parking and is beside a free parking lot. The staff is very helpful."

"2 euros to take the bus to the airport. A-2 bus. The bus stop is 5 minutes walking from the hotel. It took 5 minutes to get to the airport on the bus. Quick and convenient. If you get an ocean view room, the views are beautiful. We had lovely sunsets. "
