"Location and view was good. Room had a kettle and cups yet no coffee or tea, Had to complain and finally was offered some packs. Tennis court was always occupied by non residents and couldn't play. "Booked the most expensive room was placed into a basement service quarter room marked as private with no other rooms on that "floor" in the middle of the coldest rainiest season with a child with no hot water, wifi, non-working stove or even blankets. Totally avoided my calls, what's apps or emails ( they are never at the reception) as they know they messed it up. Had to book ourselves into another hotel for the rest of the stay. Of course no refund either. Total disgrace."

"We stayed here for 1 week and it was glorious! Lovely and private, away from it all, but still only 15 mins to the lovely village of Competa, or 30 mins to the coast.
