David, from the entertainment staff, called us all by name. We booked two tours with Pablo at the Scuba Caribe booth and he was excellent to work with. The staff at your resort is really what makes it a special place to visit. I work at a resort in the United States, so I really notice the little touches that set the RIU apart from other resorts we've visited. From the coconut drinks at the pool, to the nightly entertainment in the theatre, your team makes the experience fun for your guests."
