"Ignore the ride to the castle, no pretty. The castle is quite remarkable. An amazing array of stone walls, walkways, gardens and assorted eye candy. The rion was large and clean with a balcony by the unheated yet lovely pool. The place is just a masterwork of someone's passion. The Italian restaurant was very good as well with two to three people serving you constantly. "

I told the front desk that the stovetop (estufa) in our room wouldn’t work and a couple of days later I told the girl who cleaned the room that it still didn’t work. She got on her phone right away and told someone but again nothing was fixed. We stayed there for 8 nights and it would have been nice to cook something for a change. "

"If you want to stay in Los Cabo but do not want to spend $700 a night to stay at an all inclusive this place is GREAT. Very clean, pool is chilly but made for a nice place to sit outside. 1500' foot walk to a wonderfully huge beach and many great restaurants within 1 block. Also the very charming downtown shopping/restaurants are about a 20 min safe walk. Staff was helpful in getting an uber for us."
