"Excellent room accommodations! Fifth floor corner room two double beds which were comfortable. Although daytime hours street traffic noise can be heard from a busy intersection. Windows are not very soundproofed. However traffic really decreased after 10pm. Was able to get a decent solid 6 hour sleep time. Hand and bath towels very plush. Water was hot for showering no issues. First time staying at Hotel Ticuán. Planning a future stay February 2025."

"This was our first stay and Pueblo Amigo. We loved this hotel and sorry we did not stay here sooner. The hotel is immaculate. Service is great. We had the junior suite and loved the space and the comfortable room. The breakfast buffet is excellent. We had fun with the casino experience.
