"The hotel is perfectly.located in the center of La Paz and ypu can walk to everything. People at the reception were very helpful at many occasions. "I want to mention that all the receptionists in this hotel treated their guests exceptionally well. From when we arrived until we checked out, they extended their hands to ensure everything went smoothly. I had issues with our tour agency a couple of times, and I spoke very little Spanish; they called and resolved my concern. I want to thank Alondra, Patricia, Jhomora and Alvaro.
