"Convenient airport shuttle. Quick and efficient check-in / check-out. Quiet location despite proximity to airport. Our room was decent size. Convenient electrical outlets for charging laptop / phones. Working desk is small but adequate. Comfortable beds. Plenty of hot water. Nice variety for breakfast. (I miss the frozen cheese omelets, but the scrambled eggs were excellent.) Perkins Restaurant within easy walking distance. Hy-Vee grocery and deli in the shopping mall across the street for self-catering. Many other dining options available if you have your own transport. We use this place almost every time we fly into Des Moines. Still good value for money."

"Absolutely fabulous hotel to stay at on the west side of downtown! From the moment you walk in, the decor and friendliness of the staff makes you already feel you've found someplace special. The room was absolutely perfect in every way, as the attention to detail and the amenities made us appreciate every little detail. We stayed here because of the proximity to 4 different breweries downtown was only around 5 blocks for all of them. The hotel was one of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed at without having to spend twice as much money. Can't wait to return!"
