"Vriendelijk ontvangen. Het personeel spreekt alleen niet heel veel Engels en spreekt erg snel Frans, dat maakte de communicatie een beetje lastig. Verder lekkere ruime kamer met goede bedden en badkamer met het fijnste bad dat we ooit hebben meegemaakt op vakantie! Wifi en parkeergelegenheid zijn ook helemaal prima. "This was a two night stopover to allow us to ride around the Cantel region and, in particular, the rim of the volcano (long since gone). The appearance of th hotel upon arrival gives little credit for how comfortable the rooms are and how pleasing the restaurant is. It is little surprise that the hotel is used by tradesmen and appears to be full all the time. Very pleased with our stay and would recommend."

"A very stylish and modern hotel positioned in the centre of town. Don’t pay extra for parking at the rear as there’s plenty of spaces in the market place outside the hotel. Numérotation des chambres bizarres la chambre 12 au 2ème etage, la chambre 23 à l'entresol et la chambre 26 au 1er étage... Nous n'avons pas eu l'honneur de croiser la gérante de l'établissement que certains personnels appellent "la grande Yaka" et d'autres "fend-la-bise". Seul le petit déjeuner était satisfaisant. "
