"First of all, staff are really nice and helpful. They put a sincere smile and perfect attitude which makes my days. I was able to leave my luggages after I checked out and visit stuttgart a bit more. Secondly, the room are massive with washing machine. "Reception staff was polite on arrival, slight language barrier. Room was clean but very dark as walls and ceiling was clad in dark wood. Room was spacious as was the bathroom. No tea and coffee facilities. Beds were comfy but could have done with more pillows. Bar was nice, drinks were reasonable. Evening staff member was unable to charge drinks to the room and would not accept card payment. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection and the two ladies front of house were excellent and very polite. Car park was secure. Transport was very good as the tram stops outside, if you want to visit the centre it’s a bit out of the way."
