"The house is about 5 mins away from a nice beach and other activities. It has three bedrooms. I think it would be a squash to get 7 people staying despite there being enough bedrooms. The downstairs shower/ toilet opens out onto the kitchen. The bath in the upstairs is half size sit down bath. There is parking for one car. There are lots of chairs to use both inside and out. "We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Point St Mathieu, and found that the villa suited our needs very well. We all found the beds amazingly comfortable so we slept very well. The garden was well used for eating al fresco and relaxing on loungers and in the hot tub. We appreciated the wine on arrival, an invitation to the local Fest Noz and the amazingly interesting views. All in all a memorable week."

"We had to pay 260 euro deposit to get key, had to make up own beds & strip afterwards, no towels provided, had to clean & wash floor and make all spotless & have it inspected. Carry used linen to reception before return of deposit, without having been told this when checking in. All this came as unwelcome surprise, anyone thinking of using this "hotel" should be warned.
