Located in Audierne Bay in southern Finistère, our modern and bright house will seduce you with its architecture, its contemporary design, its comfort and its magnificent sea view, visible from all rooms of the house. Perfectly furnished and equipped to accommodate up to 8 people, our house offers all the comfort necessary for a pleasant stay and an unforgettable vacation with family or friends.

Near the picturesque little fishing port of Pors Poulhan where you can have a drink on the terrace or taste a delicious Breton pancake and ideally located near the coastal paths to enjoy beautiful walks and admire sumptuous landscapes typical of Brittany!

Bon week end en famille dans un logement propre avec une belle vue sur la mer . Il manque quand même le wifi… histoire de pouvoir planifier nos visites . Accueil très sympathique et simple . Et le soleil était de la partie , tout pour passer de bons moments

Erholsame Tage in tollem Ferienhaus
Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit in der hellen, modernen und stilvollen Villa verbracht. Der weite Blick bis zum Meer von nahezu allen Räumen und den Sonnendecks hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Morgens sind wir mit einem leisen Rauschen des Meeres aufgewacht. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und hat uns alle Möglichkeiten geboten. Die Kontakte mit der Vermieterin waren sehr nett, problemlos auch auf Englisch. Die Lage des Hauses ist angenehm ruhig. Zu Fuß erreicht man das Meer und einen Wanderweg in wenigen Minuten. Dennoch haben wir das Auto fast täglich gebraucht, auch um zum Einkaufen in den Ort zu kommen. Das ließ sich aber prima mit unseren Ausflügen kombinieren. Die letzten Meter der Anfahrt zum Haus sind steil und aufgrund des Schotters eine kleine Herausforderung. Einmal Anlauf nehmen und durch! Die tolle Aussicht in nahezu Alleinlage belohnen es. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank!

Entspannter Familienurlaub mit Meerblick
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt rundum genossen 🙂 Das Haus ist großzügig, hell, freundlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Meerblick ist einfach toll. Mit der Vermieterin klappte auch alles bestens. Der Ort selbst ist ruhig und beschaulich. Man erreicht vom Haus die Küste/Küstenwanderweg zu Fuß. Der kleine Hafen mit Crêpes-Stand und familiärer Atmosphäre war immer einen Abendausflug wert. Zu Fuß (bzw. im Auto in wenigen Minuten) sind schöne Badestrände erreichbar.

Maison bien située avec accès rapide aux sentiers et au petit port très pittoresque de pors Poulhan, vue mer dégagée, terrasse sympathique. Petit bemol concernant l'accès parking compliqué avec forte pente et revêtement inadapté à améliorer.

Traumblick und tolle Lage
Aus unserer Sicht eine Top-Lage. Traumhafter Blick auf den Ozean vom Hügel aus. 300 Meter zu Fuß zu dem sehr charmanten Mini-Hafen von Pors Poulhan mit seiner lebendigen und lebensfrohen Brasserie mit angegliedertem Crêpe-Foodtruck (10:00 - 23:00), wo immer was los ist. Fußläufig wenige 100 m von einer verwunschenen Wanderstrecke (7 km lang bei Bedarf) durch den Wald, alternativ zum Küstenwanderweg und nur 5 Autominuten zu einem Surf-fähigen Strand (Guendrez). Zum wunderschönen Audierne sind es auch nur 15 Minuten. Hat einfach nur Spaß gemacht. Zum Einkaufen muss man ins Auto steigen, alles ein paar Kilometer entfernt: Supermarkt Plouhinec (10 Minuten) oder Bäckerei Godinec (5 Minuten). Keine größere Sache. Das Haus selbst ist sehr geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichtet. Platz für acht ist wirklich vorhanden. Gute Raumaufteilung. Highlight: der Master Bedroom im Erdgeschoss mit eigener Dusche und Blick vom Bett aufs Meer. Luxusvilla als Titel ist etwas hoch gegriffen. Aber das Haus hat Stil und alles was es braucht. Allerdings sehr steile Schotterauffahrt für Autos nur bedingt geeignet. Die letzten Meter vor die Haustür bieten kostenlos Wadentraining (weniger barrierefrei). Kontakt mit Vermieterin und der Agentur für die Übergabe war extrem freundlich, sympathisch und Service-orientiert.

Sehr schönes Haus in sehr ruhiger und schöner Umgebung. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Falls wir Fragen hatten, stand die Vermieterin immer zur Verfügung. Wir haben die zwei Wochen sehr genossen. Danke!

Maison très agréable, très lumineuse, très bien située pour apprécier tous les alentours. Toutes les bonnes adresses d'Amelie la propriétaire étaient parfaites....Restos, ballades, plages... Magnifique vue sur la mer, et en prime, nous avons eu un temps magnifique toute la semaine!!!!!

Schönes Haus, schöne Gegend, auch zum Surfen!
Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und geräumig und hat einen schönen Blick aufs Meer. Es ist für Familien und einer Gruppe von Freunden sehr geeignet. Der nächste Surfspot ist mit dem Auto nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Die Gegend ist mit ihrem türkisen Meer und den Steilküsten wunderschön! Auch die naheliegenden Städte sind einen Ausflug wert. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und der Hausangestellten verlief wunderbar. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

Meerblick von allen Fenstern
Wir verbrachten einen schönen und abwechslungsreichen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus. Viele Strände liegen in gut erreichbarer Nähe. Jeder hat eine andere Atmosphäre. Wir liebten die Kombination von Sandstrand und Felsen. Das Haus selbst ist modern und hat den Vorzug, von allen Fenstern aus einen weiten Meerblick zu haben. Dies hat den Vorteil, dass man auch bei stärkerem Wind oder Regen geschützt im großzügigen Inneren einen guten Ausblick durch die bodentiefen Fenster hat. Ein kurzer Fußmarsch und man ist am Hafen von Pors Poulhan mit seiner Bar und dem Crêpe-Wagen, wo man herrlich leckere Galettes essen kann. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin lief ohne Probleme ( auch auf Englisch ). Sonderwünsche bezüglich Bettwäsche wurden erfüllt.

A perfect holiday!
We (two families with Four Kids) were overwhelmed by this place: Wonderful view, clean house with everything in it, several nice beaches bearbeiten, friendly host and a very calm area. Perfect for everyone who is not in crowded party areas. Definitely a place to come back.

Tolles Haus mit toller Aussicht!
Es ist schon schön, nicht direkt im dicksten Trubel seine Ferien zu verbringen. Nur 15 Minuten zum Strand und jeden Tag mit einer tollen Aussicht frühstücken. Das Haus war toll für 2 Familien mit Kindern. Das einzige, worüber man sich klaren sein muss ist, dass wenn man mit 4 Kindern, die in einem Teenageralter sind, nicht ganz so viel WLAN Kapazitäten hat, wie man zu Hause vielleicht gewohnt ist. War aber auch kein Problem. Die Vermieter waren immer erreichbar und die Kommunikation auch sehr einfach. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen. Es war ein ganz toller Urlaub!
