"The unit was quite dirty. The toilet paper holder was broken and the safe combination did not work. The kitchen was lacking some basic items and the oven did not work. Much nicer accommodation was available in the area for less money. This unit was a poor choice. "

"When we arrived we could not get access the suite even though the owner had been notified when we were at the airport. Thank goodness the taxi driver stayed with us and continued to call the owner until a key arrived. Our patio door and all the windows on the floor were unlockable allowing anyone access from the courtyard to all of our possessions. We were basically unable to leave the dwelling without taking all our valuables with us.What kind of security is this for a rental suite? The windows...

"We enjoyed our stay .Jorge (Property Manager)is very quick to respond to any requests or problems, in saying that we found that the cleanliness is not to our standards and Informed Jorge that his maids are not doing a good job cleaning ! As we have stayed at many different condo’s in Huatulco and found the maids do outstanding cleaning. The condo was just like the pictures and kitchen was well equipped. "The location was perfect. The unit J however was a bit in rough shape. There was a bad smell from kitchen and it wasn’t very clean. The host was hard to reach through VRBO but was great once we started using WhatsApp and provided us with what we needed quickly - clean sheets, lighter for stove, more garbage bags, etc as the place wasn’t fully equipped.
