This hotel is on the edge of a mini shopping centre but only 15 min easy drive to the city center. It was easy to find, plenty of free parking. Staff very friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate with all the added extras. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family and will probably stay again.

Always use the Future Inn Plymouth when visiting family in the South West as hotel is clean, spacious and comfortable. I did feel that the hotel was lacking a bit of TLC, certainly in the rooms, this time. My “special request” regarding my room allocation was not met on this occasion. I also had issues with finding a parking space on the first 2 nights of my 3 day stay, which I haven’t experienced before. However, I will continue to use the hotel for future stays as it meets my requirements.

Lovely warm room and comfortable bed. Good tea and coffee supplies. The toilet smelled of old stale urine. The breakfast was good but there was no bacon and fried eggs as they had run out. Did not replace very quickly which meant rest of breakfast items got cold.

Future Inn Plymouth has got to be the best and cleanest hotel that we have EVER stayed in . We book twin queen beds because I had an operation at the eye hospital next don't and stayed a few days . The room was very large with everything you could want . Housekeeping was immaculately clean and restocked every day . I , honestly cannot say enough about how good our stay was and would definitely return and recommended. Well done Future Inn, I am well impressed.

Beautiful hotel with very helpful staff. Ample parking. Would stay again. The only minor issue was that being located off a one way road meant having to detour a bit to make a u-turn depending on the route used. However, this isn't a deal breaker. Overall, great!
