"My wife and I loved our weekend at the cottage. The place was just as advertised--beautiful waterfall on site, secluded but close to the attractions of the area. We really appreciated the proximity to the Bear Creek Preserve and Blakeslee Natural Area too."

"This was our 3rd stay at the Hotel Fauchere, and it has declined a bit in quality. Most importantly in their breakfast - used to be a gourmet breakfast, featuring brûléed grapefruit, quiche and homemade yogurt. Now it’s a buffet style breakfast, felt more like at a chain hotel. we came down around 915 (breakfast runs 8-10) and it was almost Empty…. No food left. A few bananas, and burnt bacon and potatoes. I spoke to the staff and they mentioned they had run out of the aforementioned homemade...

"We had a few days to catch up with friends in the mountains and it was a perfect place! Camelback/Camelbeach was still closed but it was ok as the peace and quiet of this perfectly located property was just what we needed. It’s so nicely decorated and cozy and comfortable. We had more than enough room for the 4 of us . I would definitely not hesitate to stay here again! Joseph was very helpful and accommodating. "
