Excelente Hotel, muito boa estrutura, atendimento espetacular! Além do resort, um bom parque de diversões para as crianças. Local é muito completo para família com crianças! O preço é caro, mas o conteúdo faz jus ao valor. Única critica: A limpeza e itens do quarto (armário , toalheiro , ar condicionado parede) deixaram a desejar.

Ótimo hotel para famílias com crianças.
Hotel muito bom para crianças. Ficamos decepcionados com o parque de diversões que estava incluído por ter várias atrações em manutenção como por exemplo o mini zoológico e o splash. A parte de piscinas é muito boa e as refeições também. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos.

Minha estadia foi ótima , funcionários muito bem treinados , muito educados e solícitos, limpeza muito boa do quarto das piscinas e demais áreas , comidas bem variadas agradando vários gostos, bebidas e drinks bem variados , várias opções Chopp , sobremesas deliciosas, atividades programadas com as crianças e música ao vivo a noite para os adultos. Ponto negativo , banheiro da área da piscina interna muito frio e apenas um chuveiro para tomar banho, faltou calefação para o inverno. Dicas para melhorias, na alimentação, falta de menus de culinárias internacionais , exemplo , comida mexicana, japonesa ,italiana.

Ótimo custo benefício. Pretendo voltar no verão.
Pontos positivos: boas comidas e bebidas, almoço com boas opções, recreação infantil durante o dia inteiro, monitores divertidos, piscinas aquecidas grandes, o parque de diversões em volta do resort é bem legal (nada de muito moderno, mas com boas opções para crianças e adultos tb). Excelente custo benefício! Meu filho vai fazer 3 anos, e aproveitou muuuuuuito o lugar, apesar de estar bem frio, tinham várias coisas para fazer Pontos negativos/sugestões: a piscina interna mais rasa é a mais fria, o que é ruim para quem viaja com criança pequena no frio (poderiam melhorar o aquecimento e colocar algum escorregador para as crianças, pois a estrutura infantil fica toda nas piscinas externas, e outros hóspedes que frequentam o resort, sinalizaram que só é possível utilizá-las no verão, por serem muito geladas). O playground infantil feito na areia é legal, mas não tem bancos para se sentar, o q é ruim para quem está acompanhando as crianças. As toalhas de banho e de piscina são pequenas. Poderiam ter menu kids.

A estadia e experiências foram otimas, as piscinas aquecidas são muito grandes e as demais climatizadas com brinquedos para as crianças, comida muito bem feita, bebidas com bastante variedades e o all inclusive funciona muito bem. Funcionários atenciosos e educados. Recomendo bastante e retornarei.
