"Sad to leave the Hotel. We were made to feel really welcome and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff and owners were spot on with service and communication. I had to call expedia mulitple times to get in touch with her. She ignored me 3x re: AC, instead showing me how to operate it on the one in the 'lobby'. "Lovely hotel, had a really nice time. When I arrived I was given a twin room when I’d booked a double as the staff assumed I’d want to be next door to my family. I explained to them I would’ve appreciated them asking me before changing my room type because I didn’t want a twin room for a single person. Beautiful room regardless and enjoyed our time there."
