Simoni was the perfect host. Authentic, warm and welcoming. He was very attentive and truly wanted to make our stay as comfortable as possible. He made a wonderful Tuscan breakfast with fresh pastries he had picked up on the way over in the morning. Parking and Netflix were added bonuses. We loved the shower and my wife said it was the best shower she had after 2 weeks in Italy! He has a private patio for relaxing outside. Great location for exploring Tuscany.

I can not say enough wonderful things about our stay! The host alone, the breakfast alone, and the room alone were all worth the price.... could be charging much more than we paid!! Our best breakfast so far on our 1 month trip and our host was exceptional!

Including staying up for our late arrival, waking up earlier and preparing the most delicious and fresh breakfast. He is truly one of a kind and made our short stay a memorable one. Quando sono arrivato non ho trovato nessuno. Ho chiamato al cellulare e si è presentato un individuo che mi ha detto che non aveva la camera disponibile. Voleva rimediare mandandomi in un albergo ma la cosa mi ha talmente infastidito che sono venuto via. PESSIMA ESPERIENZA GENERALE.

struttura situata in centro, comoda per tutto ristoranti, negozi e mezzi pubblici. Simone il proprietario persona stupenda fa di tutto per accontentarti già la mattina con la colazione speciale, e il posteggio in garage tanta roba. Consiglio sicuramente questa struttura per chi vuole visitare siena e dintorni.

Otel temizdi. Yatak konforluydu. Sabah kahvaltı lezzetliydi. Resepsiyonda bizi karşılayan ve hızlı check-in yapan beyefendi çok güleryüzlü, yardımsever ve kibardı. Ücretsiz İnternet odada da çok iyi çekiyor. Otel merkezde. Otelin altında 24 saat kullanabileceğiniz kapalı garaj var. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz.

Ho apprezzato tantissimo il soggiorno in questo B&B, nonostante il poco preavviso abbiamo trovato la stanza pulita e ordinata appena giunte per il check-in. Stanza estremamente spaziosa con bagno privato ben organizzato e un corridoio-armadio molto pratico per risistemare i bagagli. Abbiamo ricevuto un'accoglienza strepitosa: titolare gentilissimo che ha, l'indomani, preparato una colazione coi fiocchi. Tornando in queste zone lo terrei sicuramente in considerazione. Complimenti!
