"Beautiful traditional family house. Amazing views. Lovely pool. I swam most days. Peaceful setting that we did not want to leave. Stayed for a month!. Giorgio and his sister were very helpful. Well stocked kitchen. We fell in love with Poggio Mirteto town. We had lovely walks, visited hill towns . Enjoyed Marmore falls and Narni in particular.. Easy access to train station in 20 minutes. Umberto on hand next door if there is a problem. Bliss...."

"Laurentia is a friendly host and quick to respond. The house is ideal for two families or a big group of friends. Away from the fast pace of life. If you want to wind down and chill out, this is the place. Few shops or bars in and around but a great pizzeria, local store and basic supermarket in the town. Traditional house which is clean. "I loved the layout of the room, parking is plentiful. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly, and there were restaurants nearby. The morning breakfast had variety but could use more fresh fruit, berries, nuts. "The story of this amazing home goes back to the 1500. Many beautiful details at the same time sad to see the grounds are not looked after. Even winter grounds could be magnificent with proper care. The building itself needs lots of maintenance and the rooms need some updating, but the experience was great. We met beautiful people and that was priceless. The breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff were extremely nice. Happy New Year, Happy 2025"

What a wonderful experience

"We loved this place! It was recommended to us by an old friend. He said it was a must do so we did it! Our bedroom overlooked the Piazza. There was a wonderful rooftop terrace. The host and owner. Felipo met us every morning and took us to a café cappuccino and fresh juice and pastries. Clean clean, clean Filippo and his housekeeper Sarah were So inviting and helpful."
