The apartment is very spacious and has been decorated to a modern standard, has a lovely garden for the children and had absolutely everything you could possibly need- very geared up for infants. "We stayed as a family of 4 (and dog) in August and enjoyed our stay. The location was great, with a shop, bakery and small park in walking distance, and Evron and Le Mans short drives away - a great base to explore the area. The property had everything we may need, including games consoles which was a pleasant surprise to our children. The pool and hot tub were welcome additions although the pool was nearly as hot as the hot tub! The only negative was the condition of the garden as a whole,...

"We transferred to this house after being let down by another. The owner communicated well (in French) with us as we made the transfer. Throughout the visit the owners communicated with us to ensure pool maintenance etc was not intrusive. A required repair was dealt with speedily and efficiently. The house is large with large grounds in a rural setting. The pool was heated to 26 degrees and maintained by the owner. It was the focus of our visit with the children and grandchildren. "Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une météo excellente sur ce WE de l'ascension. Le terrain était pratiquement sec, il était possible de profiter des extérieurs, les enfants ont pu se baigner, aller à la pêche, jouer au baby foot... Un bémol sur la septième chambre difficile d'accès, sur le trampoline sans filet. Gite très agréable à vivre, propriétaires accueillants."

"Had a very comfortable 2 weeks at this venue. The space is both very functional, comfortable and beautiful. No corners have been cut, the use of wood throughout is very pleasing. There is a bakery and supermarket very close by but you’ll be back to the serenity of the terrace and garden in no time at all. Stan is a great host, very considerate and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend a stay and I will look to book again!"

Also, in this particular hotel, dogs were not allowed into the bar area or even the reception area. This would have proved impossible if I had been travelling alone!! "The property is very beautiful and full of character and charm. The staff was very friendly and warm. We stayed on the top floor where the rooms are a bit older and could probably use a bit of a refresh but were still comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Restaurant was very good. "

Lovely boutique hotel

"The hotel was really lovely. Decor had been lovingly thought about and the owners are very much hands on. They have spent a lot of time getting the hotel to perfection. Room was extremely comfortable and quiet too. Large room and large bathroom. They had run out of croissants and pastries at 9am (breakfast finishes at 9.30). I didn’t ask so perhaps there were more available."
