Cozy Beach Getaway 2 BR 1BA, with Parking Spot!

Enjoy this open concept small (440 sq ft) condo, literally steps (3 minute walk) to the beach, Jenkinson’s boardwalk & aquarium and all the restaurants, bars & family attractions.

Includes a brand new bathroom and shower, smart tv and hi-speed wifi and all new furniture throughout. Open concept with cathedral ceilings, fully equipped kitchen with Keurig coffee maker (bring your own Kcups), dining table and a full (small) bathroom with standup shower.

One queen bed in each bedroom (with closets), sleeps 4 comfortably.
We provide bed linens and 4 sets of bath towels. Please bring your own personal items such as soap and shampoo as we do not provide those items.

You have your own parking spot and outdoor space with a table and chairs and a relaxing bench to unwind after a long day at the beach including a condo community yard. The place also comes with two (2) beach badges good for two (2) adults, additional badges can be purchased at the beach.

We hire a professional cleaning service to clean and disinfect the apartment before each stay.

NO PARTIES OR NOISE. This is a quiet condo complex, we ask that you respect the neighbors as your own.

I coyld not find my reservation in my email. I called VRBO, They were super helpful. Karl called & texted me & we got it all figured out. I couldnt figure out the AC units, texted katl & he ibstantly texted back. Just a great place with a great host!!

We enjoyed our stay at this location. It’s clean and modern and the location is very convenient to the boardwalk and shore. And there are several nice restaurants within an easy walk.

The unit was extremely clean, stocked with garbage bags, soap, towels, etc! The tv worked perfectly, and the AC was amazing. Host was super kind, responsive, and helpful. Shower pressure and temperate was great. Thank you, we had a great trip :)

Best Fathers Day Weekend Ever!
If you have kids and are looking for a clean, affordable and convenient place to stay, this is your place. Super close to the beach and boardwalk with games and rides but not too loud at night. We are absolutely coming back!

The property was very nice. It was clean and close to everything. The only negative was the sink in the bathroom was too small and we didn’t have two parking spaces like the other tenants. We had to pay for parking for my daughter’s car. The restaurants were very good and I enjoyed the walking every day! Thank you

Great Location - Fantastic Owners
This place was exactly as described. Great place for a late summer visit to the Jersey Shore for walks on the boardwalk and beach and sunning on the sand. When we ran into issues with some loud and over-served neighbors, the owners reacted immediately, and did more than required to satisfy our concerns. The Unit is a five star property. The way the owners dealt with us to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied was 5 Star+++

Great apartment and very clean.
This was a last minute trip and we were fortunate to have found this place. Very clean close to beach and owner ,Karl , was very nice! What I loved about the whole experience is that my daughter is in a motorized wheelchair and she was very happy. There a group that lends out beach wheelchairs. They dropped it off and picked up at check out. Def recommend not only this beach but this property.

Perfect location
Perfect location-safe, clean, friendly neighborhood. Owners made everything easy. This is not a party house/area. It is a small condo that is ideal for a relaxing beach vaca. Beach is pristine, boardwalk is fun but not overwhelming, downtown shopping is just enough. Will go again for sure.

Very clean of a location! Love how close it is to everything!! You can walk to boardwalk and beach, and everything else is a very quick drive. Point Pleasant area is so nice. And the hosts of this stay were helpful, and quick to return any questions/messages.

Perfect family get away!
We stayed in this condo over Easter weekend for a change of scenery and to get away. It was such an amazing stay. The apartment was perfect for our family of four. The weather was just starting to break and we walked the beach everyday. My kids LOVED the boardwalk and had a great time with all the games and rides. On Easter morning we went to church on the beach. It was amazing and truly an Easter weekend out family won't forget!
