Looking for a lovely, updated, oceanfront getaway in a cozy condo sized for a couple? Walk out of the apartment and onto the beach in seconds or enjoy views of the bay and ocean as you stand on your private rooftop deck.

This adorable 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom (plus private outside shower) condo is in an oceanfront building on the Beach Haven/Holgate border and is best sized for a couple or a single person looking for a beach getaway with their beloved doggie! Don't need a huge mansion on the beach but like to be oceanfront? Don't like the commercial feel of condo units but like the size (and price) of a small condo? This is a cozy oceanfront building with only 4 units and NO SHARED amenities or walkways! Gorgeous and relaxing views from the private roof deck!

Quiet neighborhood that is 2 blocks south of the Beach Haven border and only a 3 minute drive (or 5 minute bike ride) to Fantasy Island, Thundering Surf water park, MANY restaurants, homemade doughnuts, bagels, mini-golf, escape room and all the fun and food of Beach Haven! This attached condo is in an oceanfront building with only 4 units, all on 1 floor, each a corner unit. Our 1 bedroom unit is on the side next to the beach walkway (northwest corner of the building) and all views are from the rooftop deck (see pictures). The location is 2 blocks south of the Beach Haven border (which is at Grosser St). Each unit has separate entry stairs to their own personal ‘lower deck’ and the door to each unit is entered from that private deck. There is a staircase to the roof deck and there is a divider between the 2 sides of the roof deck so each unit has its own space on the roof deck. The pictures shown are just your section of the roof deck.

We didn’t know what to expect when booking this property since we never rented from VRBO before. I must say it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The house was small but perfect for my husband and I & our dog. It was so close to the beach so we made quite a few trips there. Also the rooftop was perfect for viewing the sunrise & sunset. We really appreciated the outdoor gates because we could let our dog out with us & she couldn’t escape! The inside of the house was so clean & decorated perfectly. We were very comfortable there & wish we could have stayed longer. I definitely give this trip 5 stars & hope we can return again next year.

The condo was clean and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything you need in the way of appliances, dishes and cookware. The bed was very comfortable. Great location! The view from the upper deck was beautiful. It took a minute to walk to the beach from the condo. We would definitely recommend this place!

Would have been helpful to be forewarned of the extremely confusing street set up getting to the Condo. We liked that the lists of items to bring was very good. I would say delete cleaning supplies but add swiftest. I would have liked to have swifter the floors for you. There was a broom present but it didn’t do a great job w/ sand.

Great place to stay for a couple! We were arriving at the tail end of Hurricane Ian, and Whitney was super about communicating with us about the conditions on the island as we prepared to arrive. It doesn’t take much for me to enjoy LBI any time of year. This condo was tastefully done and cared for inside and out. Great views of the ocean. Bayside short walk and therapeutic. Owners welcome letter was exceptional. Whitney was available and responsive to needs of tenant. Great stay and would rent again and again.

Whitney’s place was in a great location, the place was super clean and the space itself was ideal for my husband and I. The added bonus rooftop deck was so enjoyable, and the front deck was a perfect shelter from the wind our first afternoon there. Another bonus was that you could watch the sunset right from the couch in the living room! Overall it was the perfect place for a getaway:)
