"A fun, quirky place to stay. Perfect for our St John experience. It's not a fancy, modern hotel experience, so if you are looking for that go elsewhere. The rooms are clean and comfy, but unconventional. We really liked being able to use the library of books and maps and beach gear (chairs, coolers, towels, snorkel equip) for our play time, and love that they have "leftover lotion and bug spray" available for guest use. The room itself looked nice overall however there were some issues that made it a step down for us. The room was not very clean and we located bugs throughout the kitchen and in the cabinets. "This is the cutest little place. It is quaint and the staff was great. It's a studio type room, but it's clean and the view of the ocean was amazing. A/c, tv, internet all worked well. Close to shopping and restaurants. It's not fancy, but it is incredibly charming. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a safe, quiet, clean room with some beautiful views. "

"Similar to other resorts in St Thomas, there were no safe ways to walk outside the resort property. Narrow roads, no sidewalks, large distances to walk to places of interest. Hiring cabs was the only option. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and well stocked, and the bed was very comfortable. The view from our balcony was excellent, and the grounds were nice. The wait staff at the restaurant was very nice, but the food was just okay. It is a bit challenging to walk from here because sidewalks are spotty near it and the property is on a pretty steep hill. "Beautiful location. Rooms in great condition and comfortable. Difficulties with transportation. The property is located up a hill and sidewalks are limited walking to town. Taxis are not always available specially on the days there are cruise ships in the bay. The staff at the restaurant, luggage storage is great. The front desk , on the other hand, is nort very cordial."

"This property is very close to the airport and was enjoyable watching planes take off and land. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beach is right off the restaurant/bar. There are plenty of lounge chairs and water sports right there. We rented a car but taxi service was right there when needed. You are 10 minutes from downtown with many shops and restaurants. I would stay at this hotel again."
