6 mails de relance super anti-commerciaux de la responsable, très inconsciente de notre énorme écart d'âge manifeste, et de ce que ça devrait évidemment induire comme comportement de sa part ; impolis (parlant "d'intelligence" du client, de son "blabla", etc ...), alors qu'elle doit, en plus, certainement savoir ses courriels bourrés de fautes, énormes, qu'elle a eu, en plus, le culot de me reprocher de lui signaler, certes vertement vu son ton, et compte tenu d'un raccrochage de téléphone au nez subi juste avant ... Tout ça pour me prouver, et à toute force, qu'elle avait raison contre moi au sujet du manque complet d'infos sur le site, pour le caractère payant du parking sur l'annonce, lors de ma réservation, la veille ... et au lieu de me dire, très simplement, qu'il y avait, aussi, à peine 300 mètres plus haut, de nombreuses places, certes non-fermées car parallèles au boulevard, mais à seulement 80 centimes pour la nuit, ... et même jusqu'à 11h30 le matin suivant ! - stationnements découverts par nous-mêmes, le soir de notre arrivée ; les infos pécuniaires sur le chien - très normales, celles-ci, par ailleurs - l'ont été en vrac, parmi plein d'inutiles, au lieu de nous répondre de vive voix quand j'ai juste eu le temps d'évoquer le sujet. Scandaleux manque de comportement professionnel, même possiblement saisonnier, ... et même juste civil. Très bonne convivialité d'hôtes, ménage assez soigné, sauf alèze - horrible -, par des gens sympas ; kit individuel astucieux.

Cela fait plusieurs années que nous venons dans ce lieu, on en a pour le prix et cela nous satisfait en général. Cette fois ci nous avons signalé que la plaque électrique ne fonctionnait pas, on a eu aucun retour et chauffer au micro ondes pendant plus de 30mn est assez galère. On y est resté deux nuits, on ne demande ni de faire le lit ou changer les serviettes mais au moins vider les poubelles serait top car avec la chaleur c’est pas terrible niveau odeurs, quand on fait à manger, je n’ose pas imaginer si on y reste plus longtemps. Il y a quand même le nom Hôtel dans l’intitulé de votre établissement, on aimerait retrouver les mêmes services. A part cela rien a dire sur le personnel aimable, que ce soit à l’accueil au resto petit dej’ où les femmes de Ménage rencontrées dans les couloirs, le petit déjeuner bien. Si vous pouviez repenser à mettre la télé sur le mur devant le lit, ça éviterait le torticolis, ça c’est un plus 😊

Établissement mal aéré et ventilé : résultats des odede renfermé et chaleur excessive. Un ra franchissement de L'ensemble serait à envisager . Attention aux appareils de la salle de sport : cassés ou défectueux. Ec n plus une salle qui ouvre seulement à 8h....il ne faut pas travailler pour pouvoir l'utiliser le matin.
