"i didn't stay in the property because the owner cancelled due to them having covid, but he never refunded my money and VRBO promised to help and process the refund but they never did. And this is after several calls and texts with the owner as well as chatting and calling with VRBO several times, including talking to their manager who promised she will escalate and have someone call me but never did. This is my first time to try VRBO and there will never be a second time! So please stay away if...

"Best checkin I have experienced. Pamela is a great communicator and gave us a warm welcome. She had thoughtfully filled the fridge with water and other soft drinks which was great given we arrived late in the evening. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable and is located a short walk from the town centre which is lively and interesting."

"This property is a gem! It was truly a fantastic stay for my entire family. Extremely comfortable and accommodating for my wife and I, plus our two children and my father-in-law. Not too far from the center of town. Sofia helped us with the check-in process and was very responsive with any questions we may have had during the stay. "This place is absolutely perfection. The pictures don’t do a justice to how beautiful the property is. 3 separate buildings. Very private. Pool was so fun to hang out in. Communication with check in was seamless. We had a few towels and things missing. They responded and dropped off what we needed before we were even up the next morning. Close to downtown Polignano. Close to stores. 10/10 recommend for anyone to stay."

"A very nice home with room to spread out, and a convenient location. The rooftop terrace was excellent and we enjoyed our time up there. The spiral staircase over 3 flights may be difficult for people with mobility issues. Overall a wonderful place to stay."

"We were in the Villa last week and we had a fantastic stay, despite the very bad weather. The property is very accommodating and you have everything you need. The lady who prepared breakfast for us every morning is a star! Thank you Emmy. The only thing that could be improved is the linen package. We were there for 5 days and got only 1 large towel for showering. Extra towels were not free of charge."

"Villa was beautiful very clean, pool area very spacious, the pool was very large and clean! No air con in the lower bedroom and living area but large ceiling fan! Aircon in the second floor, where the other bedrooms were was working perfectly well. Overall the villa was great and accommodated all of us 7 adults! Matteo our host was always on call to assist us on anything we needed"
