The villa is located in a privileged environment, with wonderful views of the mountains. It is near the beautiful town of Pollença, and near the beaches of the bay of Pollença.
The villa has two spacious rooms. A room with two single beds, 0.90x2 meters, and a huge built-in wardrobe, has doors that give access to the outside. Next door has the first bathroom. The bathrooms are made of travertine marble. The first bathroom has a shower. The second bedroom has a double bed, 1,80x 2 meters, and en suite bathroom with shower. The living / dining room, is cozy, furnished with modern furniture, and a comfortable sofa.The villa has a magnificent kitchen, with central island, fully equipped, which gives access to the covered terrace, ideal for eating, reading, resting etc. ..
The exterior of the villa consists of a beautiful and well-kept garden, swimming pool with Roman steps, covered area, with ping-pong table, and barbecue.

Most amazing place we have stayed
We were so impressed with this property. It was so beautiful and peaceful there. We loved everything about it. It is one of the nicest places we have stayed. It had everything we needed and more. I love the personal touches like local snacks and wine that the host left for us to enjoy. Pollença was such an amazing town and we definitely want to go back someday! We would rebook this property in a heartbeat.

Beautiful property in a great location.
The villa is situated in such a lovely, secluded area, perfect for a relaxing holiday. Just a 5 minute drive from pollenca, it’s so convenient getting to and from shops and restaurants. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you might need during your stay. The pool and outdoor areas really make this property stand out! Antonia is so friendly and helpful, her communication since booking was fantastic. We can’t wait to return in the future!

We had a lovely week in late Sept. The villa was well equipped and spacious. The pool and garden were well kept. The approaching driveway is quite narrow, so glad we heeded the advice on this and hired a small car. Would happily return.

Lovely family holiday
We had a fabulous stay at Villa Antonia in July 23 (two adults and two children age 12 & 9). We all loved it. The villa is lovely, generously sized and had everything we needed and more. The pool is a great size and the garden is lovely and very private. The only small recommendation we have is perhaps a ceiling fan in the outside sitting area as it was very hot when we were there and the outside area was so lovely to sit out in the extra breeze would have been welcome. The host Antonia is superb. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

Hot for me
Wish the AC was better. For an American, it was warm in the house. The 2 units in bedrooms were not enough to cool the whole place. Of course August was hot, but disappointed the AC wasn’t better. But overall it was a good place to stay. . Very clean, for sure. A good location for visiting northeast area beaches. Drive slowly as the roads are tight. Nice host.

Wonderful stay at Villa Antonia!
We had a really wonderful stay at Villa Antonia. The villa is gorgeous, exactly as shown on the pictures and very clean and comfortable. The pool was the perfect temperature and lots of nice places to sit outside. Short drive to Pollenca and supermarkets and Antonia was a lovely host. Would thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic accommodation
This is a fantastic villa. Set in the quiet countryside yet only a 10 minute drive to Porto Pollença and to the beautiful old town of Pollença. The accommodation was spotless, well stocked with everything you need and the outside space was fantastic too. The owner, Antonia, was so helpful and friendly recommending beaches and restaurants and even offered to buy us some toothbrushes as our bags were delayed! We had an issue with the water when we were there and she came and sorted it within 30 minutes. Exceptional in every way.

We made the right choice choosing this Villa. Antonia, the host, was excellent and very helpful recommending beaches and restaurants. The location is quiet but close enough to Pollenca to make shopping and eating out easy. We had everything we needed at the villa. The pool is a good size and a godsend for us as the weather was unusually hot. AC made it comfortable for sleeping and Antonia provided us with an extra fan as the living room did get hot. The lane to the villa is quite tight so don’t hire a big car!!! All in all a great holiday.

Fabulous villa
We had a great week here in May. The villa is in a lovely quiet location and only a short drive to Pollenca and the coast. It was clean and well equipped, the children loved the pool and table tennis. Would happily return.

Easter Escape
We booked this property for an early Easter break in Spring 2022. During the booking process, the owner, Antonia, was superb, contacting us quickly with additional information, helpful directions etc. On arrival the house was spotlessly clean and very well-equipped for our stay; the kitchen in particular had everything required for preparing and cooking. We would thoroughly recommend both the owner and property and would unhesitatingly return for some summer sun!

Fantastic Villa
We had a great time. The communication from booking was so easy on WhatsApp. You can tell the owners have put a lot of thought in to making guests’ stay as good as possible. The villa is lovely, great showers, beautiful well equipped kitchen, fab pool, and the main bed was huge and very comfortable a big plus. The location is great - less than 10mins drive to Pollenca and Port de Pollenca less than 15 mins. We hope to return. Cannot fault it.

Perfect stay. Villa is in a great location. Quiet and in the countryside but short car ride to Pollenca, and the ports and beaches. Villa was very clean and the kitchen was really well equipped. Beautiful villa.
We stayed for 10 days at the end of July and it was honestly the best place I have ever stayed on the island. It was perfectly situated only a 5 min car or taxi ride to Pollença town for restaurants but yet peaceful and quiet and set back from anyone else. We ended having barbecues (gas) most nights because the setting was so lovely and the kids could then go for a night swim with the various outside lights on (inc colour changing lights) which they loved. The air con in the bedrooms was a godsend and meant we all had good sleep. There are towels and bedding and kitchen utensils galore and you will want for nothing. The pool is perfect, the garden is lovely and there are so many places to position yourself as the sun or the shade moves round the house during the day. The owners could not be nicer people. They came to my rescue when my hire car was out of action and it was so reassuring to know that they were local and so lovely. Thank you Antonia and Rafael. x

Our stay was just as enjoyable as the first in this lovely modern villa set in peaceful countryside. The villa is very comfortable and has a well equipped kitchen. The terrace and garden are great for relaxing in. Antonia the owner was very helpful and we hope to be back again.

Villa is as described located closer to Pollença town than Port Pollença which is a short drive away. Villa is modern and very clean and well equipped, especially the kitchen. Superb villa close to Pollenca, Puerto Pollenca and Alcudia. Relaxing grounds, great for spending lazy days by the pool. Bedrooms have welcoming air conditioning. Owners really helpful and responded effectively to a couple of minor issues we faced.

Relaxing Farmhouse - wonderful host
The picture doesn't lie. The home is beautifully made and the pool is perfect. Two bedrooms, two baths, modern kitchen, dine in or outside on the terrace, outdoor grill, washing machine, A/C in the bedrooms. Very well located - It's only 2 km from Pollenca (beautiful old hill town with many places to eat and shop), 10 minutes to the beaches at Cala St Vincenc or Port de Pollenca, 15 minutes to Alcudia, another beautiful medieval town with a wonderful market. You are also well positioned to visit the mountains and a short drive to Cap de Formentor, which must be one of the most dramatic scenic drives in the world. All that, but when you return to the house you feel you are in the middle of nowhere, it's so quiet and peaceful. There are other villas nearby, but you'd never know it. Everything is so well hedged that you feel as if you are alone in the country. We are a family of four. Owner Antonia is extremely helpful and readily accessible - she lives nearby and responded quickly whenever we reached out to her. There is television with Netflix and Amazon Prime, a ping pong table, a basketball hoop, and several lounge chairs around the pool. We would often visit a nearby town or site in the morning, return to the house to sit poolside during the heat of the day, then go out again evenings. All very easy with a car, once you get accustomed to the narrow, stone-lined country roads of Mallorca. Takes about a day. The house is 45 minutes by car from Palma - all of that is modern highway except the last 2 km. It was our first time in Mallorca and we feel we got very lucky with the location, the property, and the host, Antonia.

Excellent villa between Pollenca and Peurto Pollenca
Probably the best equipped villa we have been in. Everything perfect as described if not better, pool, garden, kitchen, aircon. WiFi was faultless even in the garden. Quiet location. 10 minute drive to Puerto Pollenca. Exactly what we wanted. Host (Antonia) was very helpful, considerate and replied immediately to my messages. We would visit again without hesitation.

Difficult to fault this villa!!
Lovely villa. Really well equipped. Clean, tidy and in great condition. Garden and swimming pool were delightful. The villa was well located for both Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa and was a good base for our family holiday (2 adults, 2 kids aged 3 and 4. We would definitely return!
