This newly renovated house is ideally located 100 metres from the beach of Puerto Pollensa. It is perfect for those who want to be central yet have all of the comforts of a holiday home with terrace and swimming pool.

Casa El Cano has 3 bedrooms, 2 with en-suite shower rooms and a shared bathroom with shower. There are 2 twin bedrooms and a double bedroom.

There is an open plan living, dining, kitchen which is modern and very spacious. The kitchen has a fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher. The living area is also modern in design with comfortable sofas, large flatscreen TV, DVD and internet connection.

To the rear of the property there are glass doors which lead out to a large patio with pool, sun beds, dining terrace and barbecue. This is a great area to spend time while you are not at the beach, soaking up the sun or relaxing in the shade. If you prefer an al fresco dinner at the house rather than sampling the variety of restaurants and cafés within walking distance there is a dining terrace and barbecue.

Casa El Cano is a modern, newly renovated property which is perfectly placed in the heart of Puerto Pollensa close to the beach whilst enjoying the privacy and luxury of also having a pool and outdoor space.

Great apartment in great location. Outside space is very small, overlooked and enclosed on all sides. Not a place you would want to sit and relax so little point paying extra for a pool.

Perfect for friends
It was a perfect place to stay with friends who needed level access. It was very clean and well equipped (but no toilet rolls - not good!). It is close to the beach, the bike hire shops and the restaurants. Would we go back? Yes, certainly!

Lovely villa in a great location
This was our second visit to El Cano. The villa is great, with everything you need, but more importantly for us the location is excellent. Puerto Pollenca is a wonderful place with brilliant restaurants, all within a short walk from the villa. We were early in the season, so took a couple of paddle boards with us and the secure front patio area was perfect to store the boards and gear ready for the next day, just a 2 min walk to the water. There is a big supermarket up the road, but the little Spar corner shop next door to the villa has all you need really, fresh bread and a wine fridge! I suppose the only downside to El Cano being in the town is parking, but we always found a spot a couple of streets over, and since everything else is within walking distance was never an issue. If you are thinking of going to El Cano don't miss out on the great walks with outstanding views over the mountains, to either Cala San Vicenc or Cala Boquer.

Fantastic property
We visit Port de Pollença twice a year and have done for the past 7 years. This is truly a fantastic property. Location is excellent, close to everything, restaurants, shops, beach, playground. The living space is large, kitchen well stocked. The bedrooms were all great sizes with a bathroom for each. Memory foam beds in the master and one of the twin rooms. Plenty of hangers in the wardrobes to properly unpack. Very quiet inside the property considering it’s on a busy side road. The outside area felt very private, the pool is a good size and the tiles proper anti-slip. The outside dining area is really pretty and provides some shade. There’s a utility room off the pool area with washing machine, ironing board, iron, clothes rail too. The one thing that was out of the properties control is parking can be a challenge. With young kids in tow I often had to park a block away and carry things back. The villa was very clean, beds made up, bath towels & pool towels provided too. Will definitely look to stay here again!

I have stayed at many different apartments on the pine walk over the last 30 years. The villa was everything it advertised and I would certainly book again the pool was ideal for my 2 year old grandson.. only downside on arrival I would suggest a small welcome pack with a few basics bread, milk water and toilet rolls. Other than that perfect for our family and I would certainly rebook
