This spacious house with a private pool measuring 8.5 x 4 m, where you can cool off or sunbathe on one of the sun loungers, offers you a holiday with unbeatable views of the bay of Pollença. Enjoy the outdoor barbecue, the furnished outdoor area with chill-out or a table for breakfast or dinner with sea views. The beach is just a few steps away and invites you to swim.

This house, on one floor, has a spacious interior and has a living room with satellite TV, which opens onto a covered terrace furnished with comfortable sofas and a dining table for 8 people and views of Llenaire beach. There is also another living room with sofas for your moments of rest, a large kitchen with everything you need for your stay and a table with the appropriate chairs.

Lovely family home

Our family of 4 adults and a 14 month old had a lovely time in this big spacious house. It is set up as a proper family home, and we felt instantly comfortable here. If you have a young child/children - you are set up here to have a great time! But I could equally see this working for a group of friends. Good kitchen utensils, good size bedrooms, air conditioning throughout and a clean spacious outdoor pool area and outdoor kitchen/bbq. The location is just amazing - the view from the swing seat for the sunrise in the morning is very special. You get sunrise out the front of the house and then you get the sun in the pool area in the afternoon. Lovely, friendly owner who was very helpful too. It is a pricey holiday (not just the villa, but restaurants are pricey too) - but it feels privileged to get a short-term taste of what life in Puerto Pollensa by the sea is like. More available cleaning utensils - to keep shower areas and floors clean. We would have liked to clean the glass doors too - but didn't have anything to hand.

Wir haben jeden Morgen auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt und einen unglaublichen Meerblick mit Sonnenaufgang. Ich könnte noch viel mehr schreiben, einfach ausgezeichnete Lage und Villa. Top Service von der Agentur. Ein unvergesslichen Urlaub. Vielen Dank!
