This Beach Front Apartment overlooks the bay of Puerto Pollensa and is just 10 meters away from the beach .
In this apartment you will find a spacious lounge, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, and a terrace with views of the beach that gives you a wonderful view of the Bay and a real relaxing feel during your holiday.
The Apartment is in the area of Pinaret, a short 5-7 minute walk along the beach front to the centre of town where you will find countless restaurants, shops, and bars.

When Booking or Wanting to book:

Check in time is after 16:00
Check out time is before 10:00
Changeover day: Saturday in high season (19th May - 22nd September)
Included in the price: all utility bills, bed linen and bath towels; no pool/beach towels.
Eco-tax is not included in the price and it works out at 2,20€ per person older than 16 for the first 8 days, after the 8th day it is 1,10€ for the remaining days (children under 16 do not pay).

Great location overlooking the Beach and Bay
Very centrally located and facing right onto the beach and bay. Handy for a stroll along to the bars and restaurants around the Square, and there are a couple of great places to eat just 100 metres or so away. Off street dedicated parking at the back of the apartment, or you can park at the front on the road. The info didn’t mention a roof terrace but we discovered it on our first day and couldn’t believe our luck. Fantastic 360 views and it catches the sun all day long.

Fantastic Location
This apartment is in a fantastic location directly opposite the beach and there are plenty restaurants and bars within east walking distance. The apartment itself is a good size for 4 adults, the lounge is nice as is the balcony. The kitchen and bathroom could do with a bit of a refurbishment. Some of the draws in the kitchen have an old musty smell which doesn’t give much confidence with cooking in the kitchen. The bathroom lights are exposed and get very hot. However we enjoyed our stay and would stay again just needs a bit of a freshen up!

Beach side apartment in Puerto Pollensa
Lovely vista and great for watching the port and beach at anytime of the day or night , very calm and not noisy. Well equipped kitchen, sun terrace upstairs lovely. So many very good restaurants within 10 min walk either way. Local bus caught only 10 mins inland so able to visit Pollença , Cala Sant Vicente and Alcudia easily. Great to find there was a dishwasher so the holiday was made even easier! We moved lights around so that each bedroom had a reading light.
