"This is a wonderful place.. Beautiful and the best food we've eaten in Italy.. The room was very comfortable, clean and well provided for. The couple that run the place are very, very friendly.. The train/ruins are about a 15min walk.. There is a decent slope to the hotel.. but if I (66) and my brother (78) could get up the hill back to the Hotel from our visit to Pompii.. You can also! Wish we could've stayed longer.. If I ever get back to Pompii this would be my choice.. "

"Wonderful stay. Nice hotel with a lovely breakfast for €7. Walking distance from Pompeii ruins. And walking distance from grocery store and metro station. All around it was clean and comfortable. Shower was a little small. "

"Villa Magiola is a lovely modern, clean, apartment style accomodation, easily walkable to all three entrances of the Pompeii Archeological Park (so long as you don't have mobility issues). There are plenty of restaurants within longish walking distance if you don't want to cook. Self check in was easy. Laundry facilities on site were great for being in our second week of our trip to Italy (note: you need change so be sure to have some one euro coins if you plan on doing laundry- 4 euros for...

"Hotel itself was great! Breakfast offerings were outstanding. The restaurant in front of hotel no longer wasn’t a big bummer. Our choice to stay was perfect to allow us to walk down to Pompei archaeological site entrance. The shops,market and food courts across from archaeological site was very convenient. "

"Great little hotel right in the centre. Really close to everything. Very comfortable bed and virtually no outside noise so a great sleep. Juliette balcony opening onto a lemon tree so wonderful smell from the blossom. Great little garden at the front. Nice Italian breakfast with delicious freshly made coffee a real treat. Our hosts Nadia and Cat were wonderful, really friendly and gave us great recommendations for local activities and restaurants. "
