"My family really enjoyed staying at this BnB. The host, Lena, is very personal and took the time to get to know my family. This property is located in a safe and quiet upscale neighborhood about 10 minute walk from the Pompeii ruins and Circumvesuviana train station. The room was immaculate and the breakfast was delicious each morning. One morning we had car service picking my family up at 8 a.m. so the host provided breakfast at 7:30 a.m. On our last day the host drove us to the train station...

"A very friendly hotel, with staff who did everything they could to help us, despite the language barrier. It is comfortable, if old fashioned in decor, which we liked. We had expected to be able to get breakfast and a beer or a glass of wine at night, neither of which was available, though you can get non-alcoholic hot and cold drinks and snacks from vending machines in the foyer. The area is basically industrial but is convenient for the Pompeii ruins, which are just a 20 minute walk away."

"The Hotel Palms is absolutely perfect for exploring the sites of Pompeii! It’s about a 12 minute walk away to the main entrance and a great hotel for staying with kids. The rooms were really comfortable and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic however the best part was the staff. They were super friendly and always wanted to be helpful.
