We couldn’t understand why if you stayed for seven days or less towels and bed linens were free but if you stayed for longer there was a charge? Also apartment had to be cleaned before leaving but no cleaning products were provided "

"Staff were friendly and that's about the only good thing I can say, the carpets in the common areas are filthy, there was no hot water for a shower and we were woken up at 1am by loads of drunk guests shouting. I got about 3 hours sleep. Wouldn't recommend."

"What a lovely place and hotel. This is not a Hilton. That’s what we loved. The room was huge. Ours supported with 12 inch wooden beams. The underground pool is such a surprise. Perfect for a late dip or a way to start your day in the supplied robes and slippers. Breakfast was great. We really enjoyed our stay. "

Our route to the hotel, which is perhaps 200 metres from the central square, was barred by ongoing work to pedestrianise the area immediately adjacent to the hotel. Location-wise, it is a 5 mins drive / 15 mins walk from the city centre, and the start of the cafes (recommend Kafé Kanggui), coffee shops & shopping area that begins on Rue Louis Pasteur and runs up Rue Jean Jaurès.
