We were not able to stay here because when we arrived no one was there. We had no way to get in. We had to find other accommodations for the night

Resumidamente, reservei um quarto com casa de banho privativa e quando chegamos lá o sr nem tinha conhecimento da nossa reserva e como tal tinha colocado alguém no quarto que tínhamos reservado e não quis sequer saber. Como não tínhamos onde dormir vimo-nos obrigados a ficar la. A verdade é que paguei mais por ter melhores condições e tal não aconteceu. A casa de banho era partilhada e não era higienizada todos os dias.
