We rent the entire space if you want to spend a holiday together with your family or friends. Hiring up to 9 rooms / 18 people. Each room has a private bathroom. 4 rooms with sea view and 2 tables with city view. The rooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floors.

Praia de Santos, Exclusive Villa, has the option of renting the entire house and renting the room. Since family groups or friends prefer not to share the space, we also offer the possibility of renting the entire house. This rental covers the entire house without sharing other people.

The number of rooms is allocated according to the number of people in the reservation, with 2 people per room counting. In the house of wanting extra rooms there will be an additional cost.
