"The hotel was good and the location was excellent, a few minutes away from the tower. I arrived at 1plus pm, however it was closed and had to wait till 3pm to be checked in. The checked in was smooth and the staff was great. It would be great if the reception is open from 1pm to 3pm. The room was big and great, however O only have one complaint, the tv was ridiculously small to my liking. Overall my stay was excellent!"

"From the first enquiry through to departure the Villa Rosa team did everything possible to ensure we had a stress free, relaxing and fabulous stay...even to the point of booking us into the local restaurant on our day of arrival. "This was exactly as described, Massimo was very engaging and informative, he told the history around the house and surroundings, the place is quaint and cozy, (especially the little wood stove), it was exhilarating to come home to after visiting busy, noisy Florence and Venice, climbing the windy little road was an experience in itself, if you love peace and quiet this is the place. We loved staying here for a month. ❤️"

"Staff were awesome! Hotel is beautiful. Would stay again. Beds were super comfortable. Best sleep we got in Italy. This resort was a nice break from the city visits. The spa was nice, but the open hours made it difficult to plan days to visit areas like Pisa and Florence and spend time there without missing the spa closing. We did not have breakfast or lunch at the resort but we did have dinner. As someone who is accustomed to fine dining, it was disappointing. Food was under seasoned and lacked depth of flavor. I would definitely stay here again! Just next time venture down the way 5 minutes to a local restaurant. ☺️"
