"Accommodation and room was amazing, However.... after a 6 hour drive in 35 degree heat there was no water or drinks to be bought. The bar did not open till 7pm (we arrived at 4pm) and so resorted to getting in the car and driving another 3o mins each way to the closest supermarket. "I recently stayed at Résidence Océane for a week for business, and unfortunately, my experience was quite poor. The hotel failed to meet basic expectations in several critical areas. Firstly, there was no fresh bedding linen or towels provided for the entire duration of my stay, so one large towel and 2 small hand towels for a week. This lack of cleanliness and attention to guest comfort is unacceptable. Additionally, there were no cleaners to address these issues or maintain the room's hygiene...
