"Wir haben uns schon beim freundlichen Empfang sehr wohl gefühlt. Obwohl wir spät angekommen sind, lief alles bestens. Und dann gab es zum Empfang auch noch ein Fest im Dorf ;-) Die Wohnung ist sehr groß! Drei Schlafzimmer bieten viel Platz, eine große Wohnküche (in der ein paar Dinge fehlen, z.B. ein Toaster und ein paar scharfe Messer), ein Wohnzimmer und ein langer Balkon. Alles nicht modern, aber zweckmäßig, sauber und bequem. Wir haben uns alle (7) sehr wohl gefühlt."

"This is a beautiful little gem of an apartment at the top of an ancient hill town. The apartment is well equipped, beds are comfortable but our favourite part was the terrace overlooking the village. We enjoyed our stay despite it being a bit remote."

"Our stay here could not have been more enjoyable. Renato and Laura were discrete and excellent hosts and Maimonrose was spacious and cool inside. The local village has an excellent supermarket, and the Cinque Terre coast, Lucca and Torre del Lago were all within easy reach. I hope to stay there again in the future."

"Not suitable for under 5's as many stairways and open banisters. Well supplied linen but rooms could have been cleaner. The electrical appliances supplied were not always compatible with the sockets. Many light bulbs not working. Many window mosquito nets missing or broken. "We really enjoyed the house because of the amazing surroundings in the mountains. Such a beautiful view we haven‘t had before in a holiday house. The house itself is charming because of the style when it was built-old furniture, tiles and dishes and a history of its former owner. We had to get used to the long way down to the beach but Italien traffic was a bit annoying. Nevertheless staying in Martinas and Francos house was peaceful and both were friendly and helpful hosts.
