While the property is close to the west entrance of Yellowstone which was a great plus, some of the services such as the Continental breakfast were lacking. All most people want before embarking on a day in Yellowstone is a hot cup of coffee to go. The less than luke warm, coffee was a disappointment. It’s not much to ask. Luckily there was an early open McDonalds just down a block or so. I will say that the check in was perfect and the room was clean. With all the other hotel options, look carefully and decide for yourself.

Our fireplace didn’t work they fixed it and broke again, office was always closed maybe cause of off season. Called for towels no one ever showed up. Tv is horrible the streaming is constantly buffering called no one showed up. Wont stay there again

The room was modern and was laid out nicely, I loved my pillows, and the staff was very friendly and inviting. However, we could hear people through the walls and hallway noise was loud. Also, we could hear snowmobile engine noise outside our window until around 10:00 pm. It was tough to find a parking spot but the staff tried to ease that by asking snowmobilers to park their sleds on trailers instead of taking up parking spaces. It was a busy holiday weekend!

"Hot tub was open only one night of our stay. The lobby not very inviting, plain white walls with no decor... just didn't feel inviting like the previous owner it. Maybe you're still updating??? Over all it was a good stay.... Thanks!!!"
