Valamar Riviera Hotel & Residence

4.0 star property
9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (228)
"We only spent one night here, but loved every minute of it. The staff was so helpful and welcoming. We didn’t realize that a champagne apertivo, breakfast, and brunch was included, which was a wonderful surprise. There are many excellent dining and wine options within easy walking distance. We highly recommend this hotel resort as an option for a stay in Porec. "

BO Hotel Palazzo

4.0 star property
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (172)
"Had city facing room, which actually had a partial sea view. Nice hotel, a little dated with darker wood finish but good size room with tall windows. Bed comfortable, safe provided, fridge but no tea/coffee making facility. Good breakfast. Hotel is about a 15 min walk from bus station. We were there towards end of season so hotel quiet on check in but got a little busier. Enjoyed stay."

"I knew nothing about Porec when I made the booking. I got fantastically lucky with it. The location was in the old city and close to everything I needed/wanted yet it is tucked just far back from the hubbub and was peaceful inside. Tony came right down and let me in. "Location,beach,cleanliness- even the swimming pool- were good. Buffet food was excellent - better than a 3 star rated hotel. Hotel interior decor is bland and rather tired looking.....needs a refurbishment. Staff were pleasant and helpful.More beds and parasols needed at pool and annoying customers reserving them early with towels before breakfast should be discouraged."
