Location agréable et idéalement située
Appartement très bien situé avec accès depuis la copropriété à la plage St Marguerite. Belle plage sable fin avec zone baignade surveillée, top. Belle rénovation et équipement intérieur complet. Quelques améliorations possibles sur l’éclairage de la sdb, le mobilier de jardin (rouillé) le réglage de l’eau chaude pour la douche. Pour le parking, pas de place réservée contrairement à l’annonce c’est un parking partagé avec les résidants
