"Stayed there twice (1N and 2N). During the first time, the WiFi was down and the temperature control of the AC wasn't working. They called me post 10pm when I was sleeping to ask at what time I'll be checking out. I shared my experience during checkout. The manager told me that they'll upgrade my room during the next stay. But the upgrade didn't happen. They showed me the exact room which I'd booked and told me that it's the upgraded room. Other rooms were sold out. I told them it was the same...

"Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Anlage sehr gut gestaltet. Internationale Küche. Sonderwünsche beim Frühstück stets erfüllt. Lobby sehr großzügig mit täglicher Abendunterhaltung.Hotel erfüllt internationale Standards. Diezimmer sind groß, sehr modern und sauber."

"Very good location. But very poor furniture and interior of the rooms."

"Very good location and beach access. Toilet bowl had few stains during checking in process. So toilet cleanliness could be better. Room cleanliness was good. Service was good and promptly given all the time. "
