The first floor has a total of 4 spacious bedrooms. Three of them are equipped with king beds while the 4th bedroom has a set of queen bunk beds
Upstairs LOFT bedroom sleeps 8. Great for kids, the Loft is also packed with board games AND an arcade game!! There are 2 Queen beds and two twin trundle beds.

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ A total of three full bathrooms are available: 2 on the first floor (one of them being an owner's suite) and 1 on the loft.

A 1 to 2 day of supply of essentials will be provided, including shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, dish-washer soap and most of everything you need to have an easy start to your stay. Linens and towels for indoor and outdoor use will also be provided.

☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING ☆☆ The spacious fully equipped gourmet kitchen has everything you could need and the extras you want. Stainless appliances, granite countertops, all the cookware, dishware, and utensils you need to cook delicious meals with friends or family during your stay and abundant seating options for larger groups. You can start every day off right with a cup of coffee with your choice of drip or Keurig coffee.

☆☆ LIVING ROOM ☆☆ Chill out on the large, comfy sofa while enjoying a little screen time on the smart TV. The house is beautifully furnished for all the comforts of home, with all the luxuries of a coastal getaway.

☆☆GAMEROOM ☆☆ Get ready for hours of indoor gaming fun with your friends and family in our beautiful game room. You can look forward to enjoying a mini foosball table, air hockey, an arcade, and a Roku TV. Get ready for endless entertainment and make the most of your stay!

☆☆ OUTDOOR SPACE ☆☆ This house has a large deck with an ocean view! You can enjoy the cooler weather in the hot tub or hang out in our firepit making s'mores. The crystal-beach themed mural by the outdoor firepit is the icing on the cake, and will make it great for pictures to share with family and friends. The fenced back yard is also perfect for kids and pets to play in. Underneath the house guests will not only find plenty of covered parking and an outdoor shower for convenience, but also a huge entertainment area complete with seating bar, TV, counter space, charcoal grill, bar stools, picnic tables and unobstructed views of the ocean.

☆★ Guest Access: Key information will be provided 4 days before arrival. We have a team on the ground to help you with anything needed during your stay! A quiet neighborhood with several other short term rentals. You can access the beach via a walkway right in front of the house. You can also drive on the beach if you'd like!

Dog Policy - If you are bringing your furry friend, you must submit a message through the app to let us know what the age and breed of the dog is. All dogs MUST be house trained. You will be responsible for any damages caused by your dog. Please use the designated outdoor area for your pets to do their business and utilize the provided waste station to clean up after them. Because we are dog-friendly, if you have any allergies pertaining to dogs, I recommend you do not stay here. While we do our best to thoroughly clean, we cannot guarantee that you may not have an allergic reaction from a previous guest's dog(s). Please add a pet to the reservation if you're bringing one. If you have more than one pet, please message us.
