Lounge room/TV nook with television with USB & HDMI ports; DVD player; Board games; DVD’s. Front load washing machine; Iron; Ironing board. Outdoor entertainment area with seating & large umbrella; Hooded Weber gas barbecue; Lawned rear yard overlooking beach; Bocce. Fish cleaning facilities. Outdoor shower with hot water. Unfenced rear yard; Direct beach access. Off-street parking for 1 small car in the carport (low clearance); Off-street parking for a boat or another vehicle. Pets by arrangement only ($100 refundable bond applies per pet) - inside pets accepted.

DIRECTIONS: Once in Port Broughton, follow Bay Street towards the jetty before turning right onto West Terrace which becomes John Lewis Drive. Continue along John Lewis Drive for around 1.5km, and look for number 145 (on the left/beachside), with a yellow holiday rental sign out the front.
