great place, great location, check in NOT friendly
"Came into town for a concert. The hotel was a perfect location and we were able to walk everywhere. The check in process was not pleasant...the girl was very rude and not friendly at all. I know it was busy, but a little kindness would of been appreciated."

"we arrived about an hour and a half before our concert. when we got in our room, the heat wasn’t working. We went down to the front desk and they put us in another room and It was dirty.
