Stayed in December its was great stayed at the end of January and it wasn’t the same. The tap water smelled awful for the first few days Other guests in the building were loud banging on doors after 10pm and the ice machines were all out of order.

Our stay was caused by water leak in our condo. We had no hot water for 4 days and really needed to shower.

Very old building and run down. Needs updates. I did not feel safe here. Very noisy and could hear every word from outside and rooms next door. Someone damaged my rental car with two large door dings and full length scratch on passenger side from a suitcase or other item. Would never stay here again or recommend to anyone.

the check in process is horrible. I believe the call center is harvesting credit card data from your guests. The kiosk system is terrible and I will never stay at another facility of such!

Conveniently located, room wasn't too bad but very thin walls could hear the people in rooms on either side. Water pressure in the shower was horrible and in the morning the water never got hot enough to actually take a shower even. The breakfast was decent fresh pancakes and pop tarts/pastries in packages

Front desk extremely helpful and efficient. Only complaint is we had settled into our room and as temps outside dropped we noticed our room heater did not work. Gracious front desk person came to room but could not fix it. She gave us option of additional blankets or switching room. We switched rooms but that was frustrating. Once we got settled into room two we had a great stay. Front desk was nothing but helpful and kind.

The saving grace here was the front desk person Phylis. She was amazing. My door handle never worked property and she so helped me figure that out and was so kind. Other than that, I stayed 6 nights. My room was cleaned twice. Once to ask to have done and the other as should have been done daily. The safe was shut and locked and never could use. The microwave never worked and only flashes the number 47 the whole time. The fridge was off balance and had to be held up each time opened. Stay away.
