The owner is very conunicative and caring being flexible and accomodating your needs as possible. Parking in the area can complicated at some times.. the area is great, quete than other busier places in Ibiza, the view and water at the bay are stupendous, with great sunset views. "This is a really lovely apartment for a small family. It is situated in a resort called Club Aquarium and benefits from the facilities including the pool which is just over the road. "Apartment was as advertised with the exact view. Very well equiped and very clean. The on site facilities ( pool facilities, bins, parking etc) were dissapointing. No cushions on pool chairs, nothing open at pool other than pool. Bins only at bottom of steep hill, parking very difficult to find a space. Restaurants at the beach were all good quality. We would recommend but you need to be able bodied to get full benefits as limited parking at the beach."
