"This property is a dump!! When we arrived it had not been cleaned from the previous rental. It is in a run down neighborhood in a run down building with many steps from the street to the unit. The bathroom was in poor condition aside from the cleanliness issue. Find something else, you have been warned!!"

I had requested an early entry by 2 hours and in short was told yes for £50 payment as he had to arrange someone to be at the house.
