"The hotel is currently undergoing renovation, the "reception" was a board across the opening under the stairs. The bed linen was filthy and the bathroom deplorable. The pictures on the website must be from another hotel, I was so disappointed. I couldn't stay there and my card has been charged; I just got ripped off!"

My intercom was nonfunctional, after serveral request for it to be fix, it wasn't fixed for the duration of my stay and without an explanation. Towels were never available when needed.
